NEED TO RETURN YOU ORDER?

Immediate items can be returned on the same day of delivery, it must be in the same condition with no damage and unworn.

For any other items, we accept return for damaged or defective items only, and it must be returned with courier on the time of Delivery.

the refund will be within 3 to 5 days to the same payment method.

we don’t provide cash refund only bank transfer refund to the original payment method.

Available for all items which are available for delivery.
you can collect from NewCairo Hub.

and for UAE orders, can be collected from our Hub in Dubai.
- you can still get it delivered to your door with standard delivery.

payment can be done by credit card: visa, mastercard or gift cards.
your order will be registered as soon as the payment is authorised by your bank.
when your order is shipped, your bank account will be debited and your invoice will be posted in your customer account.
